On completion of the course, the professional will be able to act autonomously for acts that are both simple and routine, or on instructions for more complex acts.
They will then be able to:
- handle cases relating to all of a notary's areas of activity: individuals, the family and family assets, real estate and business;
- perform all tasks as part of a genuine multi-skilled approach and thus monitor files from the first contact with the client through to their archiving ;
- devote themselves to the production of deeds in a structure with departments carrying out all post-signature operations;
- take responsibility for and conduct complementary activities such as negotiating property or business assets, rental management and asset organisation consultancy.
He will then use legal documentation, collaborative tools specific to the profession and appropriate digital tools in a context of dematerialisation of deeds with complete mastery.
He will be familiar with and respect both the rules of ethics and deontology and the regulations governing the notarial profession.
Skill block 1: ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEONTOLOGICAL RULES
Explaining to the client the status of public and ministerial officer and the notary's public service mission

Skill block 2: COMPLETION OF A FILE IN PERSONAL, FAMILY AND FAMILY PROPERTY LAW
Practice of parentage law and completion of draft deeds
Accompaniment with the legal life of couples: unions and disunions and drafting deeds.
Organisation of the protection of vulnerable persons
Identification of a situation of vulnerability: management and preparation of deeds
Conduct of a case of liberalities
Settlement of succession and practice of joint ownership
Skill block 3: CONDUCT OF A PROPERTY LAW FILE IN THE REAL ESTATE OR BUSINESS FIELD
Practice of real estate transactions: analysis of situations, leases, preparatory contracts and the deed of sale.
Real estate negotiations
Contribution to business transactions
Practice of notarial deeds in the presence of a company
